The Department of School Education, Nagaland has notified of closure of thirteen private schools seven districts with immediate effect.

The Notification stated, “In pursuance of the decisions taken during the State Level Education Committee (SLEC) meeting held on 15th December 2023, and upon receiving the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the respective District Administrations, it is hereby notified for closure of 13 (thirteen) Private Schools listed in below with immediate effect.”
