ADC Pungro, Neilezo Tep, has issued a circular informing all the concerned members that the monthly meeting for Sub- Divisional Planning & Development Board (SDPDB) is scheduled to be held on July 16 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pungro.

Advisor, Fire & Emergency Services, Home Guards & Civil Defence and Relief & Rehabilitation, and Chairman SDPDB Pungro, S. Kiusumew Yimchunger will be attending the meeting. All board members have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

Noklak

The District Administration Noklak has informed the District Planing & Development Board members that the monthly meeting for the month of July 2025 cum finalization of LADP 2025-2026 for 56AC Noklak and 57AC Thonoknyu Assembly Constituencies including Common Pool and Iconic Schemes which has been scheduled to be held on July 16 (Wednesday) 2025 at 11.00 AM in the Deputy Commissioner Conference Hall, Noklak.

The previous mentioned date is postponed as desired by MLA and Chairman DPDB.

All DPDB members have been requested to attend the meeting positively.

Phek:

The Phek District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) meeting for the month of July 2025 will be held on July 14 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pfutsero.

Deputy Commissioner & Vice Chairman, DPDB Phek , Rhosietho Nguori, NCS, has  requested all concerned members to take note of the change in the meeting venue and attend the meeting positively.
