A two-day seminar organised by the Department of Women Ministry, Sümi Baptist Akukuhou Küqhakulu (SBAK) NITO MOUNT, for Sümi women associate pastors, concluded today at Sümi Baptist Church Kiphire. The programme was attended by 76 women associate pastor from all over Nagaland.

The theme of the event was ‘Sakiphe Chejukitheni’, 1 Timothy 4:16, which translates as ‘Watch your life and doctrine closely’.

The speakers at the seminar were Rev Hukugha Zhimo, Executive Secretary, SBAK NITO MOUNT, Rev Kughato K Chophy, Pastor Satakha Town Baptist Church and Kahuli, Women Executive.

The last sermon of the programme was delivered by Rev Hukugha Zhimo where he challenged the women pastors to give their all to whatever God has assigned them. He encouraged them to leave a good fragrance in their works and be an example as true Christ follower, in spirit and in truth.

The two-day seminar that began yesterday, 27 September, included resourceful activities for the women. Rebecca, youth Co-ordinator was in-charge of the bag-making workshop. A session focussed on the wellbeing of the mental health was also conducted.
