Seminar on Financial Literacy was conducted at SP office Longleng on Thursday where Superintendent of Police Longleng Dr Pritpal Kaur, IPS spoke on benefits of savings, investments and financial management for families of police jawans.

The SP also urged the jawans and their families to approach proper authorities for loans etc instead of private loans or chit fund companies. She spoke on cyber-crimes and security issues also.

Resource person Robert Tungoe, SBI Bank manager Longleng spoke on various savings, investment, insurance and banking schemes for police jawans and their families. He also spoke on loan system,CIBIL scores and cyber fraud issues.

Hiatwa NPS ASP Llg gave vote of thanks.

The seminar was organised by SP office and Family welfare team of Longleng Police. Earlier, the program was chaired by Pangtong Invocation was prayed by Ameth and and benediction by Pastor Chingthai, PBC Longleng.
