The spot and final round counseling for CSAB-NEUT (Central Seat Allocation Board – North Eastern and Union Territories) 2023 for all candidates who appeared for JEE (MAIN)-2023 will take place on 9 August, 2023 (Wednesday). According to the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), the counseling will take place at the directorate, located below the Nagaland Secretariat in Kohima.

This counselling is aimed at filling vacant seats, as detailed below.

Application forms will be accessible at the office starting from the 7 August or can be downloaded from the official website dtenagaland.org.in. The Directorate of Technical Education also informed that candidates interested in participating with a valid JEE (MAIN)-2023 score will be required to submit their application forms to the directorate by 12:00 noon on Wednesday. The counseling session will commence at 1:00 PM on the same day, it also said.

Eligibility extends to candidates who withdrew their allotted seats in rounds 1 and 2, as well as those who did not register for either round. Selected candidates during the spot round counseling are expected to pay a seat allotment/acceptance fee of Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) in cash.

Applicants are required to bring their original documents on the counseling day. It’s important to note that the number of vacancies may vary based on the count of withdrawn candidates, the Directorate of Technical Education added.
