The Office of Sr. Treasury Office, Chumoukedima, has informed all Pensioners drawing their monthly pension from the office of Sr. Treasury Office, Chumoukedima, that the annual Physical Verification for the current year 2025 will be conducted from September 8 to 12.
All Pensioners have been directed to report for the verification during the specific date, failing which his/her monthly pension payment shall be withheld.
Life certificate form along with PPO book will be issued from September 1 onwards during office hours.

Documents required:
- PPO Book
- Life Verification Certificate, Verified by a Gazetted Officer.
- Photo copy of Aadhaar card
- Photo Copy of Pass book front page.
- Passport size photo taken within the last 6 months.
No case shall be entertained beyond the given dates.
Pensioners have been informed to download Life Certificate form from the website https://treasuries.nagaland.gov.in/download?type=Pension.
