The Satoi Range Students’ Union (SRSU) felicitated its members who successfully cleared the High School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary Leaving Certificate Examinations 2023. Altogether, 115 students have passed the exams, it was informed.

The annual SRSU felicitation meet was held at Hotel Acacia, Dimapur on 24 June 2023 under the theme “Inspiring Excellence”.

The guest of honour on the occasion was Kiheto Awomi, Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Speaking on the theme ‘Emphasis Over the Ever-rising Educated Unemployment Issue in Nagaland’, he encouraged the students to choose their career wisely, and to opt for professional courses rather than just going for basic education.

Toviholi Swu, Assistant Professor, Dimapur Government College, spoke on the theme ‘Inspiring Excellence’ where she pushed the students to inspire themselves, with their target and goals in life with determination, consistency, and faith in God.

Earlier, greetings was delivered by Newto K Zhimomi, President, WSRPU. The SRSU program was attended by former leaders, parents and well-wishers.
