Demonstrating razor-sharp alertness, a team of Kohima Police from Chiephobozou Police Station scored yet another significant breakthrough today.
In a swift operation on June 15, 2025, officers successfully intercepted a dumper truck reported stolen from neighbouring Assam.
Acting on intelligence, the police team moved decisively to halt the vehicle’s illicit journey. The accused driver operating the stolen vehicle has been apprehended and is in police custody.
Demonstrating seamless cooperation, the recovered truck and the accused are being handed over to Assam Police. A team from Assam is en route to Kohima to take possession.
