The Langpangkong Students’ Conference (LKM), has informed the public and all non-local residents, in a circular, that Survival Mokokchung, under the umbrella of the Ao students’ Conference (AKM) and initiated by the Langpangkong Students’ Conference (LKM), will be officially launched on March 25 and 26, 2025, at Tuli and Tzüdikong Town from 09:00AM onward.

In this regard, all non-local residents of Tuli Town, Tzudikong Town and surrounding villages has been requested to come forward with the required valid documents for necessary verification.

1. Formalities and required Documents;

Voters ID Card, Residential certificate(RC) or Permanent Residential Certificate(PR) issued from their parents states, Land Patta, E-roll duly signed by the district Magistrate and Election officer or Permanent Residential certificate(PRC) issued before 24th March 1971 cut off year given by the Central Government to identify illegal immigrants and NRC for the residents of Assam

One must obtain a temporary Residential Certificate (RC) from current resident authority and local guarantor should be maintained.
