Meghalaya CM Conrad Sangma allocates portfolios, retains key departments for NPP

Shillong: Sangma kept Finance, Forest, Political, Personnel, IT, and Mining and Geology departments for himself, according to a notification issued by Chief Secretary DP Wahlang.
