The Friendship Musician Nagaland will be organising the 2nd edition of Tenyidie Tsali Nyi (Tenyidie Music Festival) in the month of November 2024 in Kohima.
The aims and objectives of the festival is to preserve, promote and to popularize our rich Culture and traditions, especially the mother tongue i.e. Tenyidie, through songs and Music.
During the festival, the Tenyidie Music Awards will be added to recognise outstanding Artiste in various field in numerous categories:
- Best Tenyidie Gospel Song
- Best Tenyidie Folk Song/Folk Fusion
- Best Tenyidie Love Song
- Best Tenyidie Music Video
- Tenyidie best song lyrics

Tenyidie Folk song, Tenyidie gospel song, and modern songs performances will be the highlights of the Festival. The event will also witness original artists presenting their original songs.
“The practice and performance of songs in Tenyidie is undertaken to enrich the younger generation. This event is being organised solely to guide and promote upcoming artiste and to younger generations,” mentioned the Friendship Musicians Nagaland.
