The lunar eclipse on Tuesday was the last one for the next three years. Sky watchers will have to wait until March 2025 to witness the next lunar eclipse.

Residents of Kohima were lucky enough to witness the rare ‘beaver blood moon’ Tuesday night.

The eclipse began at 5:07pm and lasted for 40-50 minutes with the final photo in the series taken at 5:36pm. The following images were clicked from Porter Lane, Kohima on a Sony a6000.
