The Tseipfütsiepfhe (AG) Upper Sector, Kohima celebrated its 25th years at the Modern Institute of Teacher Education, Kohima on Saturday. 9 Kohima Town Assembly Constituency MLA Dr Tseilhoutuo Rhütso was the Special Guest on the momentous occasion.
In his speech, the MLA commended Tseipfütsiepfhe colony in Kohima for its diverse population composed of people from different tribes, cultures, and religions. He acknowledged the growth and progress that the community had achieved over the years.

Addressing the young people in particular, Dr Rhütso said that academic achievements were not achieved in isolation but were the result of the hard work and sacrifices made by parents. He urged the youths to recognize the efforts put in by their parents and encouraged them to strive for success in the competitive age they live in.
In addition to emphasizing the importance of education, Dr Rhütso also highlighted the need for children to be guided towards fields of interest and to develop skills that make them employable. He recognized that in the current era, certification alone may not be sufficient, and individuals should have the freedom to pursue their passions and choose career paths that align with their interests and strengths.
