As part of the Tuensang District Administration’s directive to mark the 79th Independence Day, the Tuensang Town Chamber of Commerce (COC), led by its chairman Ebesola I. Chang, visited Bethel Children’s Home. The visit, also part of the COC’s “Believe in Yourself” initiative, was attended by all its officials and executive members.
Addressing the children, Ebesola encouraged them to focus on their studies, aim for great achievements, and cultivate obedience, kindness, and a spirit of unity. He urged them to feel at home during their stay at Bethel Children’s Home and to make the most of the opportunities before them.
The celebration featured storytelling, singing, and dancing by the children, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.
Bethel Children’s Home Superintendent, R Throngji delivered the welcome address and expressed gratitude to the Chamber of Commerce for their generous contribution and support.
