The Tuensang District Task Force for Immunization meeting was held at DC’s Conference Hall, Tuensang on June 28 under the chairmanship of ADC Tuensang Thungchanbemo Tungoe, informed a DIPR.
Dr. Imti Jungshi Aier, DPO (RCH/UIP) Tuensang gave a brief report on Measles Rubella (MR) campaign at Tuensang and he informed that the MR Campaign Nagaland has extended its target till December 2024.

He suggested for a sensitisation and awareness campaign for the stakeholders and church organisations in order to cover all areas of the district. Dr. Imti Jungshi also highlighted the “Stop Diarrhoea Campaign” to be launched across the country from 1st July – 31st August 2024 and urged the allied departments to actively participate for the success of the campaign in the district.
