Children’s Day was celebrated with vigor and enthusiasm by the children and teachers of Holy Cross School, 3rd NAP, Saksi, in Tuensang on 14th November 2024 at the school campus.

The teachers made the occasion memorable for the children with the special presentations including melodious medley of songs followed by colourful dance performances.

In the short speech Mono, Headmaster, shared that Children’s Day is celebrated every year on 14th November to honour India’s first prime minister and his love for the children. He advised the students of the phases of childhood that are both enjoyable and sensitive.

The Headmaster also emphasised the role of students in reminding teachers to be better role models. He commended the teachers for taking part on the occasion to bring smiles on the students’ faces.
