With the aim to ensure grassroots penetration and effective implementation of various Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) and other flagship programmes, the administration of Tuli sub-division Mokokchung undertook a comprehensive two day tour covering villages under its jurisdiction.
The initiative was carried out in close coordination with key departments including Rural Development, Agriculture & Allied, PHED, Food & Civil Supplies, PWD (R&B), Information & public relations, School Education and Social Welfare.

Throughout the visit, the team provided a platform for the rural citizens to openly express their grievances, highlight challenges in accessing government schemes and share suggestions for improving service delivery. The team assessed the ground realities of various ongoing programmes such as PM-KISAN, the NECTAR project, Jal Jeevan Mission, PDS, MGNREGS, Old Age Pension, PMGSY, status of educational institutions, electricity supply, immunization coverage and overall road connectivity.
ADC Tuli, Imsenperong Wati assured that all grievances and issues raised would be taken up with the concerned authorities and addressed at the earliest.
The tour completed on November 21 and over the course of two days, the team visited a total of ten villages which includes Merangkong, Chubarongpang, Asangma, Aopenzu, Wamaken, Kangtsung, Anaki, Anakiyimsen, Anaki C, and Kangtsungyimsen.
