The Thangthure Village Students’ Union (TVSU) observed its 61st Uba from December 26 to 28, marking a significant milestone in the union’s journey of nurturing students through vision, faith, and collective responsibility.
The programme, actively participated by students, elders, and well-wishers of the village, was held under the theme “Faith that Soars: Comparing an Eagle’s Flight to Our Journey”. The theme captures the essence of perseverance, strength, and the ability to rise above challenges, much like an eagle that soars high by trusting its wings and the winds beneath it.
Rev. P. Atsase, pastor, shared an inspiring message on faith, resilience, and moral grounding, encouraging students to trust in their purpose and remain steadfast even during turbulent times. He drew parallels between the eagle’s ability to renew its strength and the need for students to constantly renew their commitment to growth and integrity.
