The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) recently made a shocking discovery of an unapproved private agency operating as an intermediary for applicants seeking the Board’s documents. This agency had been charging exorbitant fees to unsuspecting applicants, all without the knowledge or authorization of the NBSE. Such practices not only tarnish the good image of the Board but also pose a significant risk to the applicants involved.
In response to this discovery, the NBSE has promptly issued a stern advisory to the agency in question and any other entities engaged in similar activities, demanding an immediate cessation of their unauthorized operations. The Board emphasizes that applicants who choose to use such unauthorized agencies for obtaining their documents do so at their own peril. The NBSE may summarily reject applications facilitated by these agencies.

To ensure a smooth and secure process for obtaining NBSE documents, applicants are strongly urged to avoid seeking assistance from any unauthorized agency. Instead, they should apply directly to the Board’s office for the issuance of duplicate documents. For the Migration Certificate, applicants can either apply in person or send their application through email at nbsedup@gmail.com, providing a proper postal address for correspondence.
The NBSE remains committed to upholding the integrity and transparency of its document issuance procedures. By discouraging the involvement of unauthorized agencies, the Board aims to protect the interests of the applicants and maintain its reputation as a reliable educational authority in Nagaland.
