In pursuance to the State Election Commission’s notification, the Deputy Commissioner Kohima Kumar Ramnikant IAS has issued a notification order prohibiting the use of mobile phones inside the Counting Hall on Counting Day.

The order specifies that all individuals, including candidates, counting agents, and counting officials, are barred from bringing mobile phones into the Counting Hall. However, this prohibition is exempted for the Observer, Deputy Commissioner, Returning Officer (RO), and Assistant Returning Officer (ARO).
