Vaccination camp against Influenza (Flu vaccine) was conducted in Mokokchung village for  the senior citizens sponsored by the Antiok Mission Board of  Mokokchung Baptist Church on October 25.

Doctors and nurses of the village administered the vaccines to the beneficiaries.  Season influenza is very common throughout the year and the illness is expected to increase with the arrival of the cold season.  It causes significant adverse health consequences and even becomes fatal claiming precious lives especially in senior citizens and those with medical co-morbidities.

The camp will bring positive impact not only to the senior citizens of the village but it will reduce the incidence of Flu/ influenza among the general population of the village.
