The Vendor Development Programme (VDP) under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) schemes was successfully conducted at Town hall, Tuensang on March 13.
The event was organised by YouthNet in collaboration with the Department of Industries and Commerce and NIDC under the RAMP scheme, supported by World Bank. The program began with an address from the Director of Youthnet Nuneseno Chase who highlighted the aim of the program which is to strengthen linkages between MSMEs and financial institutions while promoting competitiveness and sustainable growth

The session included credit offerings and financial awareness- Nagaland state cooperative bank, introduction of government e-marketplace (GeM) youthnet, Amazon seller registration and product listing, MSME journey sharing by the founder of Bread Basket.

The session provided practical guidance on credit access, on boarding of GeM and Amazon, digital product listing and insights from an entrepreneurial journey. Around 70 participants attended the program reflecting strong engagement from the MSME community across sectors.
