Workshop on ‘Customer Connect Program’ for state govt employees held at Medziphema

Medziphema: Programme aims to enhance banking services, specific needs and benefits of govt employees

State Bank of India, Medziphema in collaboration with Medziphema Administration conducted a workshop on ‘Customer Connect Program’ for state Government Employees was held on 3rd October 2024 at City Center Medziphema, Chümoukedima.

EAC Medziphema, Vithwel Kweho expressed his happiness that through the worship many employees have benefited and encouraged to conduct such workshops in future.

Manager Financial Inclusion, SBI RBO, Dimapur, T. Lhingneikim, and Department Manager Medziphema, Nehriizii Pfotte also highlighted customer rights, policies, grievances redressed and several schemes taken up by the bank for the benefit of government employees.

Branch Manager, Thongkholun Khongsai, SBI Medziphema highlighted the programme aims to enhance Banking services and specific needs and benefits of state government employees. He highlighted the variants of salary packages accounts for state government employees, the features and benefit of salary package accounts, SBI Rishtey saving accounts of the family members at SBI and extending various benefits, SBI Surya Ghar loan for solar roof top which can apply through PM Survey Ghar Portal, NDS Vatsalya new scheme by the central government for government employee benefits. Investment and Insurance SBI Digital produce and helpline of services available at contact centres.

In this workshop several questions were raised by government employees where grievances were also redressed. The workshop was fruitful with more than 20 government departments attending the program.
