Yimkhiung Akherü Arihako (YAA) and the Tikhir Students’ Union (TSU) held a consultative meeting at Chessore Village Council Conference Hall, Shamator under the leadership of Yimkhiung President YAA, Keyoungkhum and President Tikhir Students Union (TSU), Temong Y Tikhir, DIPR has informed.

At the meeting the two Students’ Union, under Shamator District, came together with an aim to unite and march forward together for better future. After a lengthy discussion, it resolved to various points including holding of brotherhood meet cum cultural exchange, to unite together in any common cause and work together.

The programme was presided by Shokum KM. Deputy Speaker, YAA, while opening remark was delivered by Kiuthrun C. Vice President. Presidential addresses were delivered by Yimkhiung Akherü Arihako, Keyoungkhum Yimchunger and Tikhir Students Union, Temong Y. Tikhir. Concluding remark was presented by Tantsukiu, Deputy Speaker TSU.
