The NSS Wing, Yingli Government College, Longleng is set to host the Longleng District – Level edition of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament – 2026 on February 27, 2026.

The event aims to channel the perspectives of the District’s youth on a pivotal moment in the nation’s political history. The parliament will deliberate on the theme: “50 years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy”.  The session will provide a platform for young minds to engage with democratic processes, reflect on historical events, and articulate their vision for India’s future.

All young citizens of Longleng District between the ages of 18 and 25 are encouraged to participate by registering themselves before February 26, 2026 until 5:00 pm.
