Dr. Debashish Panigrahi, HoD, English department, ZPC speaking to the students.

The speakers highlighted how a youth’s mind is impacted by his/her circle – family, educational institution and community. Asking the right questions and finding the solutions by identification of the problem is very crucial for accessing better opportunities, students were told.

At the programme, the youth were also told that pragmatic leaders do not only lead from the front but that leaders lead from the back and let others believe they are in the front, as quoted by Nelson Mandela

The resource persons also said that in order to become leaders, it is not necessary for an individual to have all resources. Self-discipline is fundamental for guiding the crowd in the right direction.

At the event, students were also informed about job-finding portals such as LinkedIn, National Career Service and National Scholarship Portal.
