The monthly District Planning & Development Board meeting of Zunheboto was held on 11th September 2024 at DC’s conference hall, Zunheboto under the chairmanship of MLA & Chairman DPDB, Er. Picto Shohe.

While addressing the board members, Picto acknowledged the sincere presence of all the HoDs and further urged them to continue to execute their responsibility vigorously. He also convened best wishes to all the participants and the organizing team for successful conduct of the upcoming Inter Departmental Tournament, scheduled to be held from 12th to 14th September 2024.

The following agendas were discussed and forwarded to the higher authority for necessary action.

1. Opening of new school, Bright Wave School at Tokiye town.
2. Upgradation of GMS, Asukhuto town to GHS.
3. Upgradation of GHS, Suruhuto town to GHSS.
4. Upgradation of GPS, Yehemi to GMS.
5. Road repair and construction of New Colony, Zunheboto.
6. Creation of new SBI at Atoizu.

The meeting began with the introduction of new board members and review of the previous meeting minutes. DHO, Zunheboto, Along highlighted the departmental activities of the District Horticulture Office, Zunheboto through PowerPoint presentation.
