A one-day mega event for youths under the banner YUVA UTSAV, YUVA SAMVAAD-India@2047 was held on 8 October at Town Hall Zunheboto.

The theme of the youth convention was ‘Sense of duty among the citizens’.

The event was organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) Zunheboto, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India in collaboration with District Administration.

The mega event featured competitions in various categories ranging from Young Artists Camp (Painting), Young Writers Camp (Poem), Photography Contest, Declamation Contest and Cultural Folk Song (Group Event).

Earlier, the event began with a formal session in which EAC Zunheboto N Nyamok Konyak, the resource person of the youth convention, spoke on various government-sponsored schemes.
