To commemorate 10 years completion of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Wokha District Administration in collaboration with Department of Social Welfare and District Hub for Empowerment of Women under Mission Shakti in convergence with District Sports Office Wokha organised 5 days cricket coaching camp for girl child from 11th to 15th February 2025 at Local Ground, Wokha.

Around 60 young girls, cricket enthusiast attended the five days coaching camp. The coaching camp was conducted in collaboration with Nagaland Cricket Association (NCA).

Deputy Commissioner, Wokha Vineet Kumar (IAS) and ADC, Wokha Renbomo Ezung graced the inaugural and closing ceremony as the special guest respectively.
