On the auspicious occasion of Vishva Namokar Diwas, a special Namokar Mahamantra chanting programme was organized across multiple locations in Dimapur with the objective of praying for global peace and harmony.
The event was conducted under the leadership of the under-construction JITO team and under the guidance of the Digambar Jain Samaj. The collective chanting was held from 9:01 a.m. to 9:36 a.m. at Mahavir Bhawan, Digambar Jain School, and Digambar Jain Charitable Hospital.
A large number of participants from various communities took part in the spiritual gathering. Members and representatives from Jain Samaj, Agarwal Samaj, Maheshwari Samaj, and Brahmin Samaj assembled at Mahavir Bhawan and jointly offered prayers for world peace through the chanting of the sacred Namokar Mahamantra.
At Digambar Jain School, students and teachers actively participated in the programme with devotion and discipline, while at the charitable hospital, doctors, staff, patients, and community members joined in the chanting, creating an atmosphere of positivity and collective prayer for health and well-being.

Organisers stated that the initiative was held in the backdrop of global uncertainties and rising concerns over conflicts, with the aim of promoting peace, unity, and spiritual harmony. The gathering of people from different communities was described as a reflection of social unity and shared values.
The organisers expressed gratitude to all participants and conveyed hope that the spirit of mutual respect, love, and togetherness would continue to prevail, contributing towards peace and harmony across the world.
