In a significant initiative aimed at creating employment opportunities for educated unemployed youth in Nagaland, the District Employment Exchange (DEE), Dimapur, under the Department of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Nagaland, would organise a Mega Job Fair on June 19 at the District Employment Exchange, Purana Bazar, Dimapur.
The job fair would be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the District Employment Exchange. The job fair is being conducted in collaboration with Talent Acquaintance, Dimapur, ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA), and the Don Bosco Job Placement Network India. The initiative seeks to facilitate employment opportunities in the private sector for educated unemployed youth across the state.
The recruitment drive would feature vacancies from a multinational healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company offering on-the-spot offer letters to eligible candidates. Candidates who have completed Class 10+2, diploma courses, or are graduates are eligible to apply. However, BE/B.Tech graduates are not eligible for the recruitment process. Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years of age.

Selected candidates would be posted in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally, resolving queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building lasting relationships with clients in a dynamic work environment.
The organisers stated that selected candidates would be entitled to several benefits, including two-way free cab facilities, two weekly offs on Saturdays and Sundays, free family health insurance, attractive incentives, rotational shifts, performance-based promotions after six months, and night shift allowances. Reimbursement of train fare for the first month’s salary and seven days of hotel accommodation will also be provided.
