The DC Longleng has issued a Travel Advisory stating that the road connecting Longleng and Mokokchung is now motorable for Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs). Travellers are advised to use the following route: Longleng – Auching, Shangjen – Momching – Phampak – Yangpi – Noksen – Longmisa – NH 2 – Mokokchung.

The approximate distance of the above route is around 105 km. Travellers are further advised to exercise caution and remain vigilant for landslides, mudslides and flashfloods while travelling along the route.
