Deputy Commissioner & Chairman DDMA, Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has notified that  in pursuance to NSDMA letter No.02/30-RMR/2026-NSDMA (Pt-1)/1304 dated, Kohima the 28th July, 2026 and in view of the extensive damage caused by heavy rainfall and flash floods across the District and in order to ensure smooth, equitable and accountable distribution of relief material, it is hereby conveyed to all the NGOs, Church Organization, Civil Based Organization and well-wishers that all relief and rescue operation would coordinate only through District Disaster management Authority.

Further all individual, NGOs and Organizations intending to provide relief in cash or kind may contact and route through the office of the Chairman DDMA. For any assistance and coordinate contact the under mentioned officer
