A coordination meeting of all Heads of Offices, institutions, and organisations under Pungro Sub-Division, Kiphire District was convened under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Pungro, Hotolu Sema, NCS on July 30 at the Sub Divisional Planning and Development Board Hall, Pungro, to discuss the distribution of responsibilities and preparatory arrangements for the forthcoming Independence Day celebration.

Addressing the gathering, ADC Pungro emphasized that the successful celebration of Independence Day is a collective responsibility of all departments, institutions, and organisations. He urged all concerned to accord the highest priority to the assigned responsibilities and work in close coordination to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the national event.

Following detailed deliberations, responsibilities were assigned to the respective departments and organisations for the various activities associated with the celebration. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the Chair.
