The Youth Ministry of Yimkhiung Baptist Church Dimapur (YBCD) successfully organized its first-ever Two Wheeler Ride Fellowship on the theme “Fueled by Faith, Driven by Love.”

The fellowship ride was flagged off from the YBCD Church compound to Doyapur by Rev. Dr. Athsan, Pastor of YBCD, with a short prayer. In his message, he encouraged the youth to actively participate in such fellowships that build unity beyond the four walls of the church.

Highlighting the initiative, Zuvlenki. Youth Director, YBCD, shared that this is the first of its kind initiative by the Church to engage youths through outdoor activities. He stated that such fellowship rides help youths to know each other better, build teamwork, and strengthen the bond of faith.

Upon reaching the destination at Doyapur, Rev Dr Athsan appreciated the Youth Director for his visionary initiative and assured his fullest spiritual support to the youth. In his exhortation, he said, “If our soul is not fueled by faith, we become useless. Therefore, our lives must be fueled by faith and driven by love to have a meaningful purpose.”

He further encouraged the youth to guard themselves from temptations and worldly distractions, and to fuel themselves with faith to glorify God.

The day-long fellowship included praise and worship, sharing, potluck fellowship (tiffin), football, and concluded with a fellowship prayer.

The Youth Ministry expressed gratitude to all participants and church leaders for making the programme a grand success.
