A music workshop on Basic Staff Notation was held at the Sunday School Hall, Airfield Colony, Wokha, on September 7, as an initiative of the TaFMA District Partner, Wokha, in collaboration with LCMHS, Airfield Youth Fellowship and Airfield Youth Organisations, Wokha.

The workshop was conducted with the objective of helping young participants develop a foundational understanding of music notation through learning, practice and improvement.

The session was led by David Ngullie, Notation Specialist and Director of BSM, with Mhademo Ennio, TaFMA District Partner, Wokha, serving as the facilitator.

The workshop covered key areas including the grand staff, signatures, basic scales and reading, accidentals and musical terms.

The initiative provided youth participants with an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of music fundamentals and build practical skills in reading and interpreting musical notation.
