The Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Dharam Raj, IAS, has released the District Action Plan for Reform Utsav in Zunheboto on September 24.

The plan aims to create public awareness, ensure inclusive participation of village councils, wards and marginalised communities, and drive reforms through Jan Manthan (Discover), Vimarsh (Deliberate), Jan Samadhan (Deliver) and Sankalp Siddhi (Celebrate).

Roadmap:

Phase-I (Aug–Sept 2026): Preparation, sensitisation and awareness campaign.

Phase II (Oct–Dec 2026): Mass outreach, suggestion collection, departmental review, implementation of Quick Wins and medium-term reforms, culminating in events on 25–27 December 2026.

Phase III (from 28 Dec 2026): Continuous monitoring and Action Taken Reports to sustain reforms.

The Deputy Commissioner will oversee real-time portal updates and overall monitoring. The plan aligns with Viksit Nagaland and SDG goals.
