After thorough deliberation, the house unanimously resolved that all participating civil society organisations and stakeholders shall not attend the meeting convened by the ACVA on October 8.

The meeting further resolved that it would neither recognise nor participate in any discussion on the matter unless such a meeting is formally convened through the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, and conducted under the authority and supervision of the district administration.

In this regard, the house unanimously agreed to submit a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, seeking necessary intervention into the matter. The representation will request the district administration to address the issue within six days of receipt of the memorandum.

Furthermore, the stakeholders resolved to constitute an Action Committee to pursue justice and safeguard the interests of the affected stakeholders in the event of any complications arising from the matter.

The Action Committee shall be jointly spearheaded by the Lotha Lower Range Public Organisation (LLRPO) and the Lotha Middle Range Public Organisation (LMRPO), with all participating local civil society organisations serving as members.

The house reaffirmed its collective stand and urged all concerned parties to respect and adhere to the resolutions adopted during the Joint Consultative Meeting.
