The District Administration, Kiphire, is conducting the 5th Nationwide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign from November 1 to 30 to facilitate pensioners in obtaining and submitting their Digital Life Certificates. The initiative aims to ensure that pensioners in the district can conveniently access Digital Life Certificate services and other related facilities

As per a circular issued by Deputy Commissioner Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer, NCS, the campaign will be conducted on all working days from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kiphire.

During the campaign, help desks will be set up by concerned departments and agencies, including the Treasury, banks and India Post Payments Bank, to assist pensioners in obtaining Digital Life Certificates. Facilities for Aadhaar correction and updation will also be made available at the DC Conference Hall.

Pensioners intending to avail themselves of the services have been advised to bring their Aadhaar Card, Pension Payment Order (PPO) Book and pension-receiving bank details.

The campaign will also include free health camp services, to be arranged by the Chief Medical Officer, Kiphire, in coordination with the District Administration and other stakeholders. The concerned departments, banking institutions and the Nagaland State Pensioners Association have been requested to disseminate information and encourage eligible pensioners to participate in the campaign.

The Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC), Sadar, Kiphire, and District Nodal Officer (Aadhaar), Kato T. Aomi, will coordinate the campaign at the district level and monitor its implementation in consultation with the concerned departments and agencies.
