Lions Club of Kohima visit District TB Hospital Khuzama

Kohima: LCK president Lion Oken Jeet Sandham narrated how the Club had visited the hospital in the past too as part of the Indian Republic and Independence Day celebrations

Members of the Lions Club of Kohima (LCK) led by its President, Lion Oken Jeet Sandham, visited the District TB Hospital Khuzama, Kohima on 26 January as part of the 74th Indian Republic Day celebration.

A DIPR report stated that LCK members had a short programme with the staff and nurses of the hospital.

LCK president Lion Oken Jeet Sandham narrated how the Club had visited the hospital in the past too as part of the Indian Republic and Independence Day celebrations.

Senior Club Member, Lion Talimayang Jamir also spoke briefly about the history of the Club and the service it rendered towards humanity.

The nurses and staffs of the hospital also thanked the Club members for visiting them and for their service.

Lion Tali Jamir, treasurer, and Lion Kaikho Dawman, secretary of the Club, were among others who accompanied the president during the visitation.
