The Central Election Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) concluded its meeting with regard to the distribution of tickets for the upcoming Nagaland state election on Wednesday.
The party is scheduled to announce its list of candidates tomorrow (2 February). The meeting was attended by State BJP President, Temjen Imna Along and Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton.
Chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the meeting began on Tuesday.
J. P. Nadda, President of the party, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and other top BJP leaders attended the meeting.
