So those are some of my areas where I will be confining my attention to, added Swu.
The candidate also stated that he is exploring the Jhum cultivation area and is looking forward to having a Jhum class where people can make maximum benefit out of it.
Pointing out that despite the visibility of village council and village development, he felt that the people are not getting the right benefit out of the village council hence, he said, he looks forward to developing villages with the scheme called Multi Task Village Development programmes which he feels will definitely boost the economy and well-being of the village councils.
In terms of the high rise of unemployment issue in the state, Swu maintained that the issue has to be seriously looked into and that the State Government needs to explore additional avenues of employment as there are other avenues which the state has not fully delved into.
“As an individual, I don’t really know how much I can do but if I come to power definitely with the help of Chief Minister who has so much concern for the youth.
In music and sports, I think we have been doing a lot but that alone is not sufficient and that areas which I have mentioned are some of the areas that can absorbed our youths in a big way,” stated Swu.
Further, he also affirmed that development of roads will be one of his top priorities if elected to power.
