A coordination meeting of all the Heads of Offices under the Medziphema Subdivision was held in the conference hall of the ADC Office, Medziphema, on Wednesday, DIPR informed.

ADC James Swu reminded all the HoOs posted in the privileged town of Medziphema to discharge their duties sincerely and diligently. The house discussed matters concerning offices/departments and pattas existing in Medziphema Town.

Swu also inquired about the status of PHED, R&B, and Social Welfare departments, their roles, and their mission in the development of Medziphema Subdivision. The house deliberated at length and planned programs for the upcoming Independence Day celebration.

ADC assigned various tasks to all the departments in view of the forthcoming Independence Day celebration and directed all the officers to hoist the National Flag in all the offices on 15th August. The Chairman urged all the HoOs to participate effectively for the success of the forthcoming Independence Day.

ADC also informed all the members that a mass social work will be conducted and requested everyone to participate in the social work. The house decided to have coordination meetings quarterly.
