Assam Rifles and Green Club NGO Join Hands to Empower Youth with Vocational Training

Zunheboto: Response to the program has been encouraging, with 15 boys and 20 girls enrolling in their respective courses.

In a joint collaboration, Assam Rifles and Green Club NGO have initiated a noble endeavor to provide vocational training for boys and girls at Zunheboto. The program offers barber training for boys and cooking classes for girls, aiming to empower them with practical skills for building successful careers.

The primary objective of this initiative is to equip young individuals with the necessary skills that can lead to sustainable employment opportunities. Upon successful completion of their training, participants will receive support from Green Club and Assam Rifles in establishing their own shops, paving the way for economic independence.

Both courses have been thoughtfully designed to cater to the specific needs of the students, ensuring they acquire valuable skills relevant to their chosen fields. The organizers firmly believe that this program will have a positive impact on the lives of the youth, fostering personal and professional growth.
