The Deputy Commissioner & Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) , Thsuvisie Poji has informed that the District Management Authority, Mokokchung will be organizing a mock drill as part of its preparedness measure to respond to emergency on November 2. The mock drill will start from 9:00 am at five different locations under Mokokchung Town.

In this connection, the general public of Mokokchung Town has been requested not to panic during the conduct of the Mock Drill on Thursday, and has further been requested to extend cooperation towards all stakeholders involved in the mock drill for the smooth conduct of the exercise.

A report by DPRO Mokokchung further informed that the following five different locations has been assigned for the mock drilll- Imkongmeren Sports Complex (Local ground) Mokokcung, Dilong Government High school, Model Hr. Sec.School Arkong ward, Mokokcung Municipal Complex, Jubilee College Salangtem and Vidi Vici Villa Private Building Aongza ward.
