TR Zeliang, Deputy Chief Minister of Nagaland today inaugurated the Northeast India Academy of Performing Arts ( NIAPA) mini stadium at Agri Expo.The mini stadium is the first exclusive Table Tennis stadium established by the NIAPA.
On a post on social media platform X, TR Zeliang tweeted, “Encouraged to see participants from all over Northeast region. I wish the tournament a grand success and wishing all the participants the very best of luck.”
The NIAPA Mini Stadium, is located near the Organic AC Market Agri Expo, Chümoukedima.

Following the inaugural, Zeliang also opened the 3rd Edition of the annual NIAPA Open Tournament. Running its third edition, the tournament was relaunched under the theme “One wing of a Nation, One Sport #Unity” which will witness more than 70 players from across the North East of India assembling at the NIAPA mini stadium for the four days vying to be crowned the top player of NorthEast India.
