Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Announcing the visit on X, CM Rio said that it was a “pleasure” to call on PM Modi and informed that during the meeting he had thanked the Prime Minister for his “constant support for Nagaland and its people.”
Rio on Monday had also called on Union Minister of Defence Rajnath Singh and Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting and Youth Affairs & Sports Anurag Thakur.
The Nagaland CM also had a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday.
