On day four of the 66^th Kohima Village Sports Association (KVSA) meet, the Tsütuonuomia Khel continued to lead securing a total of 32 medals (17 Gold, 9 silver and 6 bronze).

Trailing behind securing the second position, the Lhisemia Khel  secured 19 medals (2 gold,10 silver and 7 bronze). Meanwhile, Dapfütsumia Khel scored 10 medals (2 gold, 2 silver, 6 bronze) and Pfuchatsumia Khel achieved nine medals (3 gold,3 silver, 3 bronze ).

Day four witnessed basketball, volleyball, cricket, badminton and table tennis matches held at various venues: IG Stadium, Don Bosco Ground and 4^th NAP Ground, Phezen.
