The Government of Nagaland has ordered the transfer and posting of eleven NCS officers with immediate effect. The notification stated that handing/taking over of charge should be completed by 8th March 2024.

“In the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to order transfer and posting of the following NCS officers with immediate effect,” the order said.

1. James T. Khulu Tikhir, NCS, Under Secretary, Home is transferred and posted as SDO(C), Kohima.

2.Tiayanger Jamir, NCS, SDO(C), Niuland (designate) is transferred and posted as SDO(C), Kuhuboto.

3. Kihomong Yimchunger, NCS, EAC, Chare is transferred and posted as EAC, Tuensang.

4. Vitoka Yepthomi, NCS, EAC, Phukungri with additional charge of EAC, Phor (designate) is retained as EAC, Niuland.

5. Ihoilung Chuilo, NCS, EAC, Seyochung shall hold additional charge of EAC, Sitimi

6. Khriethozo, NCS, EAC, Aboi (designate) is transferred and posted as EAC, Pughoboto.

7. Zerutso Kesiezie, NCS EAC, Tuensang is transferred and posted as EAC, Chare.

8. Vikutoulie Metha, EAC, Zunheboto is transferred and posted as EAC, VK. He shall be attached to ADC Office Akuluto during the leave period of Yapangmenla Jamir, NCS, EAC, Akuluto.

9. Merishan Ezung, NCS, EAC, Mon is transferred and posted as EAC, Aboi.

10. Dr. Samuel Akho Konyak P., NCS, EAC, Longleng is transferred and posted as EAC, Atoizu.

11. Joshua N Tikhir, NCS, EAC, Phek, is transferred and posted as EAC, Phukungri with additional charge of EAC, Phor.

In another notification, the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (‘A’ branch) has also announced the posting of NCS Probationers who have been released from the Administrative Training Institute on completion of the Foundation Course.
