In pursuance to the State Election Commission Notification, Administrator & ERO Mon Town Council has informed all concerned that the special Summary Revision of the Electoral Roll for Mon Town Council will be taken up with reference to 1st January 2024 as the qualify dates as per the schedule indicated hereunder:

| 4 | Period for filing appeal to the appellate authority | : | 28 to 3 April 2024 |
| 5 | Disposal of Claims & Objections by the appellate authority | : | 4 to 6 April 2024 |
| 6 | Preparation of the list of amendments after the decision of the appellate authority | : | 8 to 10 April 2024 |
| 7 | Final publication of electoral Roll | : | 12 April 2024 |

For the Special Summary Revision of the Electoral Roll of Mon Town Council, the Electoral Roll as finally published on 24th November 2022 under the now repealed Nagaland Municipal Act 2001 shall be taken as the basis for draft publication purpose, which, as indicated in the above schedule, shall be published under rule 6 (1) of the Nagaland Municipal Election Rules 2023.
No Enumerator(s)/Supervisor (s)/Sector magistrate (s), etc. will be appointed during the ensuing Special Summary Revision of the Electoral Roll. The applicant/individual claimant/objector shall directly apply to the ERO for inclusion/deletion/correction of particulars etc. Required forms for claims and objections will be made available in the office of the Administrator & ERO, Mon Town Council after the draft publication of the electoral Roll.
